Washington, DC, November 1, 2023 – The Caleb Cares Foundation visited WJA today to present Kari (WJA 8th grader) with the Caleb Cares Hero Award to recognize the way he treats his classmates and teachers with the utmost kindness and respect. His mother and sister joined to congratulate him!

We were grateful to welcome Caleb’s father, Carl Williams, as well as Ray Briscoe and Patsy Mangas from the Foundation, who will be giving the award to a deserving WJA student each month. Thank you all for encouraging our students and all who you impact to lead with kindness.
